Deliver consistent, high-level customer service in line with the Flannels brand. Actively offer add-ons and alternative product suggestions where appropriate. Ensure full compliance with all Flannels policies and procedures. Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
