Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to identify and propose solutions to management problems; Experience in communicating effectively, to develop policy, guidance, instructions, and presenting recommendations to management; and Experience coaching or training others. Experience with development, examination, investigation, adjudication, or authorization in relation to visa and/or immigration laws of the United States. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
