Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service to all guests in the patio area
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Support service operations for the patio food truck, including order coordination, guest interaction, and maintaining service flow

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown of the patio and food truck operations

- Your experience and skills include:
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or outdoor dining environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is an asset
- Valid Serving It Right certification required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
