YOU You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a BIM Designer , you are responsible for providing accurate and code-compliant design solutions and models based on construction documents and customer standards. This role involves interpreting architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate component layouts, utilizing specialized software. The BIM Designer collaborates with team members and stakeholders to ensure project quality, constructability, and timely delivery while engaging in continuous learning to improve technical capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Service Providing
  • Deliver assigned BIM modeling tasks accurately and on schedule by using BIM software.
  • Apply company and client standards in all modeling work.
  • Incorporate feedback and markups into 2D/3D models without omissions.
  • Work with customers or team members to clarify the request's requirements, technical issues, and provide progress updates.
  • Quality Compliance
  • Follow established workflows, QA processes, and checklists for models and drawings.
  • Participate in reviews and assist in resolving quality issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Collaboration
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with supervisors and team members.
  • Provide timely updates on progress and challenges.
  • Record and share daily progress using internal systems, and direct communication channels.
  • Learning & Development
  • Proactively improve wood framing knowledge, applicable building standards, and proficiency in BIM software
  • Complete all mandatory training as scheduled by the company.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
