Inside the Role The Business System Analyst - Contract Funding and Vehicle Data Management will be responsible for managing and optimizing contract document workflow and financial validation systems. This includes ensuring vehicle master data repositories are up to date with manufacturer data as well as acquired market data. This role interacts with Point of Sale, Credit, Contract Management and Accounting functions. It bridges business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring that workflow automation, case management, and agent performance monitoring drive efficiency, accuracy in contract bookings, compliance as well as customer satisfaction. We Take Care of Our Team What You Drive at DTFS Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs. Translate new product ideas and process optimizations into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct gap analysis between current workflows and target-state automation. Continuous Improvement: Design and refine workflows, case lifecycles, and business rules within the Pega platform. Analyze workflow performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation. Recommend enhancements to improve customer experience, reduce manual effort, and strengthen risk controls. Leverage GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities where feasible. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as liaison between operations, IT and legal and compliance team. Facilitate workshops, demos, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment and transparency. Support change management and training for end-users adopting new workflows. Data Accuracy & Compliance: Partner with OGC on maintenance of statutory interest limit repository Liaise with data teams to integrate workflows with portfolio analytics, and reporting dashboards. Monitor audit trails and system controls to ensure adherence to business policies. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Familiarity with managing document workflows and systematic accuracy validation approaches Experience in managing master data repositories Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Exceptional Candidates Might Have Expertise in interpreting and applying state and federal usury laws as well as rate and fee limitations Demonstrated experience in working with external vendors and brand partners in service delivery Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Charlotte, NC US.
