Job Description:
We're opening something special on the Seattle skyline, and we're looking for a passionate, people-first General Manager to help bring it to life. With less than five rooftop destinations in Seattle, this is a rare opportunity to be a part of a growing food and beverage program in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. This is a rare opportunity to be a founding leader of a vibrant new rooftop destination - one built on great energy, genuine hospitality, and a deep love for this city. You'll help shape the culture from day one, creating a warm and welcoming experience that locals and visitors alike will keep coming back to. We're looking for someone who gets excited about building a team as much as building a business - a leader who seeks out like-minded individuals who share the same enthusiasm and genuine care for the people around them. We believe that when our team feels valued and inspired, that energy is felt by every guest who walks through our doors, which is why we're committed to competitive pay, strong benefits, and a culture where our people are taken care of just as well as our guests.
