Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability. As an Epic Grand Central Consultant you will: Assist client in IT ticket management Assist client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application area Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed Update Client on project status May assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed upon
