  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in a similar technical environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Python , R, or JMP .
  • Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an R&D and prototype-development environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
  • Understanding battery science and engineering fundamentals is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and work in a d ry room environment for up to 6 hours per day.
  • Compensations Range:
  • The expected base salary range for this position is between
  • $25.00 - $32.00 The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer Intern to join our Advanced Anode T eam this summer. This role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will gain experience in industry-standard process development while applying your engineering skills to solve real-world scale-up challenges at Lyten's San Jose facility. As an intern, you will work closely with the anode engineering team to design and execute experiments, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous process improvements.
