In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking players with their queries, ensuring they have a fantastic and seamless gaming experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone. Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the player experience. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer support tools and basic technical troubleshooting is beneficial. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new lifestyle.
