Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Lead to join our IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the effort to understand IT Infrastructure requirements, building and configuring IT Infrastructure, and acting as the primary point of contact. You will join a dynamic team focused on overseeing infrastructure implementation, driving continuous process improvement, and ensuring seamless communication among technical teams and corporate stakeholders to maximize business results and positive customer experiences. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Infrastructure Project Leadership : Lead the effort to understand, build, and configure IT Infrastructure requirements, acting as the primary point of contact while managing day-to-day operations in a 24/7/365 data center environment. Service Level & Performance Management : Coordinate with Service Desk, Level 2, and Level 3 technical teams to ensure new project deliveries and escalated incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements, while tracking and reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project Key Performance Indicators and metrics. Process Optimization : Analyze and identify opportunities to eliminate or streamline common technical issues through process improvement, task automation, and employee self-service, while maintaining standard operating procedures for consistent delivery. Stakeholder & Client Communication : Build strong relationships and manage effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams regarding project milestones, major deliveries, and escalated issues to ensure a positive customer support experience. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 5 to 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Strong knowledge of Datacenter operations, Cloud technologies (from a project management standpoint), project management tools, and IT infrastructure associated with Operational Management Services Processes. Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification. Proficiency in IT service management processes and a strong technical aptitude to understand complex technology landscapes for large-scale programs. Demonstrated leadership competencies, excellent problem-understanding capabilities, and a willingness to work under a 24x7 support roster and on-call rotation for issue escalations.
