Drive a culture of velocity and quality focused on a stellar user experience for our players: mentor engineering leaders, and encourage innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Security, Operations, and business leaders to align technology strategy with company objectives.
Stay connected to the work through hands-on engagement in architecture, code quality, and critical production initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven success leading large, distributed engineering teams in complex or high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
Experience leading large-scale platform modernization; AI/GenAI experience strongly preferred.
Track record of improving engineering productivity, accelerating delivery, and driving operational excellence.
Strategic yet hands-on leadership style with a strong bias for action.
Excellent communication and influence skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders.
High-energy, empathetic leader who is visible, approachable, and inspiring.
