Design and build AWD workflow reports, dashboards, and scorecards that provide visibility into operational metrics such as volumes, backlogs, service levels, and NIGO.
Translate business and stakeholder questions into reporting solutions that support both operational and strategic decision-making.
Standardize metric definitions and reporting views to create a consistent source of truth across AWD reporting.
Partner with AWD configurators and other subject matter experts to align reporting outputs with underlying workflow data structures and configuration design.
Collaborate with product and business partners to define, operationalize, and monitor KPIs that support adoption, benefit realization, and business outcome measurement.
Contribute throughout the solution lifecycle by helping define requirements, supporting prioritization, and ensuring reporting solutions align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Experience in reporting, data research, or related data analytical work.
Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting or analytical solutions.
Demonstrated experience working with reporting tools, query-based applications, or analytical platforms.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and support business decisions with meaningful insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt as business needs evolve.
Experience supporting AWD workflows, AWD data, or AWD-related business processes.
Advanced knowledge of Data & Analytics technologies: Power BI, Snowflake, Dataiku or other data visualization technologies
Experience building or maintaining dashboards, scorecards, or self-service reporting solutions.
This role will be required to work a hybrid in-office schedule out of our downtown Columbus, OH office (2 days per week).
This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.
