Job Posting End Date: Worker Type: Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Role Purposes The Consultant/Senior Associate, Second Line Risk will act as an independent Line 2 risk expert, providing oversight, advice and challenge across non-technology transition services, ensuring risks are identified, controls are effective, and operations align with NAB Group standards and frameworks. This role supports the Risk Manager in delivering the annual Line 2 review plan, including planning, execution and follow-up, while conducting control testing (design & operating effectiveness) and providing assurance over obligations and controls within NAB Vietnam. Main Responsibilities Conduct independent Line 2 reviews of non-technology transition services, including processes, risks and controls Assess control design and operating effectiveness and identify control gaps or improvements Provide clear, practical advice and challenge to business stakeholders to strengthen control outcomes Track progress of agreed review actions and support issue closure validation Contribute to risk profiling, issue management and assurance reporting Support the Risk Manager in developing and maintaining the annual Line 2 review plan, including risk-based prioritisation Support audit, assurance and regulatory engagements as required Contribute to uplift of risk awareness, control discipline and compliance maturity Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time. Qualification Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience in risk management, operational risk, controls assurance or internal audit with strong English communications Strong understanding of operational risk and compliance frameworks, including control lifecycle management Ability to review, assess and challenge process & control design and operating effectiveness Understanding of non-technology transition services, shared services or operational delivery models Strong analytical skills with attention to detail across processes, risks and controls Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of review outcomes Ability to manage multiple reviews and competing priorities within planned review cycles Experience supporting or executing structured review or assurance plans is desirable Exposure to banking industry, transitioned services, shared services, operations, procurement or enterprise support functions Exposure to obligations management, controls testing or regulatory compliance C.
