About the role

Execute daily surveillance activities by monitoring dashboards, identifying exceptions, and ensuring adherence to agreed SLA's to minimize inefficiencies and mitigate reputational risk. Implement assigned projects and initiatives, track progress, and escalate risks as needed. Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to risk mitigation and compliance efforts.
