Requirements

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the HCPC.
• Postgraduate qualification in Mammography is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mammographer, ideally at Band 7 level.
• Proficiency in using advanced mammography equipment and techniques.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and breast imaging protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Commitment to providing high standards of patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
• Must have considerable experience of Mammography, both screening and symptomatic
• Must have considerable experience in assisting with interventional procedures
