Manage the full sales process: from prospecting and qualification to contract signature and project handover
Understand customer needs and define project scope, from single machines to fully integrated processing lines
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions, in collaboration with management and legal teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while acquiring new accounts
Contribute to account strategies and execute the annual sales plan for Norway
Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, engineering, service, and product management
Represent JBT Marel at national and international exhibitions, demos, and customer events
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, food processing technology, or similar)
3-8 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales
Experience with capital equipment or food processing machinery is an advantage, but not required
Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles
Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Native Norwegian speaker with fluency in English
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

You will follow a structured onboarding and training program to develop in-depth knowledge of our portfolio. Working closely with Product Specialists, Sales Engineers, and internal teams, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure and project handover.
