We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide full-scope outpatient primary care in a collaborative, team-based clinic co-located within the new and modern critical access hospital. Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation salary: $269,259 - $299,177 based on years of experience, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and quality incentives.

Schedule and Work-Life Balance:
Workweek: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with telemedicine included and four hours of administrative time with no call requirement.
Generous Time Off: 33 days (264 hours) annually, including holidays, and 10 days of CME.
Practice Details:
Clinic facilities: 16 exam spaces with one procedure room. One medical assistant per physician, primary care nurse case manager, nurse triage, diabetic nurse educator, and nutritionist. Ancillary services include CT, Ultrasound, X‑ray, pharmacy, laboratory services, and MRI.
Patient Volume: Up to 18 patients per day in clinic. EMR and tools include Meditech, Dragon Dictation, and DAX AI assisted documentation.
Procedure opportunities: Treadmill tests, Arthrocentesis, colposcopy, IND, Nexplanon, biopsies, toenail removal, joint injections, and OMT welcomed.
Additional Care Opportunities:
Occasional long-term care and home visits.
Optional involvement in rural outreach or consultative support.
Potential for hospital-based support or consults as needed.
Close collaboration with onsite and visiting specialists (e.g., surgery, orthopedics, ENT).
