Assist coordinating the daily operations, including biologic product deviation notifications and addressing concerns, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Supports the timely management of product level investigation under ARC inventory.
Coordinate the identification, control, notification and retrieval of suspect products.
Identify suspect products by reviewing donor deferral records
Perform retrieval activities related to product complaints including bacterial detection cases.
May correct, update and verify changes in donor records to ensure appropriate entry and confidential handling of data.
May assist with donor reentry and reinstatement.

Requirements
Education: High School or equivalent required. Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a science or health care field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in blood banking/ collections, laboratory testing, medical records, auditing, quality review or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. The ability to read, write and verbally communicate at the high school to college level is required. Intermediate to advanced level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment is required.
