Responsible for setting up meetings, distributing highlights, and tracking action items Document and record project notes and information in an organized and transparent fashion. Maintain and complete various project or process related forms and documentation. Regularly creates and provides reports of project status and timelines to stakeholders. Must be able to occasionally attend early morning or late evening meetings that are held with members in different time zones.
