BDM - Industrial Display & Industrial Edge-Value Solutions (Embedded/ 林口園區)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across existing and new industry verticals
• Develop new Channel Partner , Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships - Lead RFQs, quotations, pricing strategies and proposal development based on customer and market needs
• Collaborate with RBU, Project Managers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product launches
• Conduct market and customer analysis to support pricing and solution strategy Initiate and support regional marketing and promotion activities
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and improve satisfaction

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology-related industries
• Familiarity with Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and product development processes
• Education & Language
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills
