Our Retail team partners with some of the largest and most exciting retail brands in the market, helping them grow, scale, and maximize their commercial success on the platform. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic retail partners and single-vendor businesses across categories such as bakeries, butcher shops, delis, specialty food chains, and national retail brands. This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role for someone with strong sales instincts and the ability to influence business performance. You will act as a trusted growth partner to merchants, driving revenue opportunities, identifying expansion potential, increasing engagement with Wolt's commercial tools, and leading strategic business conversations with decision-makers. You'll work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Ads, Operations, and Customer Support to help partners unlock growth opportunities and achieve measurable business results on the Wolt platform. As part of a fast-growing and evolving business unit, this role requires someone who is proactive, commercially minded, resilient, and motivated by achieving ambitious business goals in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day in this role you'll: Manage and grow a portfolio of large retail partners and single-vendor businesses across multiple categories Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with stakeholders ranging from store managers and franchisees to senior leadership and business owners Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities within existing partnerships Lead strategic and performance-driven business conversations focused on growth, profitability, and long-term partner success Support onboarding and activation of new retail partners on the Wolt platform Analyze partner performance, identify commercial opportunities, and proactively recommend growth initiatives Partner closely with Marketing, Ads, and Sales teams to increase partner visibility, campaigns, and platform engagement Act as the main point of contact for partners, resolving operational and commercial challenges with a high sense of urgency Conduct regular business reviews, performance meetings, and growth planning sessions with key stakeholders Take ownership of partner satisfaction, retention, and commercial success metrics Our humble expectations 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, retail partnerships, customer success, or other commercially focused client-facing roles Proven ability to drive business growth, influence stakeholders, and manage commercial relationships Strong sales and negotiation skills, with confidence leading growth-oriented conversations with business owners and senior stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify revenue opportunities and performance drivers Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities High responsiveness, adaptability, and execution skills Fluent in Hebrew
