As a B2B Mid-Senior PPC Specialist in NordSecurity's B2B unit, you will co-own the management of our paid search accounts, primarily Google Ads, for NordLayer, NordLayer Browser, NordPass, NordStellar. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling PPC campaigns that drive measurable business growth and revenue. Working closely with the wider Growth team, you will help shape strategy, influence team OKRs, and identify opportunities to improve overall business performance. Main Responsibilities Manage paid search campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets. Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Identify new growth opportunities and recommend initiatives that contribute to team OKRs and broader Growth team objectives. Monitor campaign performance daily across advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and Looker dashboards. Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Plan, forecast, and prioritize PPC activities within your area of responsibility. Ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business priorities. Design and execute structured experiments, including: Incrementality testing Bidding strategy tests Ad creative testing Landing page optimization Partner with Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Sales teams to improve performance across the entire funnel. Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and n8n to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making. Core Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. Experience managing monthly budgets of at least five figures. Proven track record working with large-scale, complex PPC accounts. Advanced proficiency of Google Ads is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Strong ownership mindset and clear communication skills. Hands-on approach with a willingness to execute and drive results. Bonus Points For Experience running global campaigns. B2B marketing experience. Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and performance.
