About the role
As a Software Account Executive (AE) on our Inspection & Real Estate team, you'll sell software that helps home inspectors run and grow their businesses. What You Will Do As An Account Executive: Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and inbound leads, learning how to confidently introduce products and start meaningful conversations with small business owners Learn to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities, with training and support to help you ask great questions and uncover what matters most to each customer Host live product demos via screenshare to walk inspectors through workflows, starting with structured demo enablement and growing your ability to tailor conversations over time Explain product features clearly and thoughtfully, building skills in consultative selling and customer‑focused storytelling Develop a strong understanding of the home inspection industry and how inspectors operate their businesses, gaining industry knowledge that will help you build credibility and long‑term relationships Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services, with guidance on how to recommend solutions that genuinely support customer success Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in Salesforce, learning how to manage your work, stay organized, and track progress using industry‑standard sales tool Collaborate closely with teammates across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Operations, learning how cross‑functional teams work together to deliver great customer experiences Occasionally attend industry conferences or events alongside teammates, providing exposure to customers, partners, and real‑world sales environments Work toward clearly defined sales goals and metrics, with regular coaching, feedback, and support to help you build confidence, track progress, and continuously improve What You Will Bring As An Account Executive: 4+ years of sales experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with outbound sales or prospecting, ideally with SMB customers Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable learning and quickly adopting new software tools Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving problems for small business owners Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-starter with a track record of success in a fast-paced remote work environment The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from 04/14/2026.
