Operate and maintain a wide variety of machine tools in a safe and efficient manner including; milling machines, lathes, drill presses, punch presses, sheet metal shears and brakes, welding and brazing equipment, etc.
Provide recommendations to Management regarding procedures, process improvements and equipment upgrades
Maintain cleanliness of the Model Shop area and ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent loss
Ensure safe and efficient operation of Model Shop through the training of personnel, organization of equipment, and management of toolcrib and Technology Center supplies
Train other employees in day-to-day procedures.
Your Qualifications:
Associate's degree or Equivalent Experience
Minimum of six years of relevant experience
Your Preferred Qualifications:
Universal Refrigeration Certificate
