- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Support the Director in developing program plans, identifying needs, and preparing new business proposals
- Facilitate communication between employees, clients, and internal teams to maintain alignment on program goals.
- Assist in the development of security reports, SOPs, and guidelines, as required, for the client

- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship

JOB DESCRIPTION The Account Manager is part of the Embedded Program Team responsible for managing a suite of employees supporting security and intelligence services. This role oversees approximately 40 embedded professionals supporting corporate physical security and intelligence operations across multiple private-sector client environments. The Account Manager will manage staff hiring, timecards, and supervisory oversight of the group, and will cooperate with the Program Manager and other Embedded Team Managers to support a consistent program and trackable metrics. The position will work closely with the Director of Embedded Operations to follow, document, and manage program initiatives, and will engage other company subject matter experts to produce training and team improvements. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in physical security, project management, and supervising diverse teams.
