Exposure to project management, Agile, or software/product environments

We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and high-potential interns who are passionate about Project Operations, coordination, and execution excellence. This is not a passive admin internship - you will work directly with global product leaders and gain hands-on exposure to leadership operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution in an international environment.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
Project & Operation Support Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activities
Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow up until closure
Maintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverables
Prepare concise weekly updates and operational reports
Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams
Help ensure clear ownership, timelines, and communication across teams
Support workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
Operational Excellence Create and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standards
Support process improvements to make operations more structured and efficient
