Description of Work This is skilled work in the care and maintenance of floors. Employees clean and maintain various types of floor surfaces. Employees may serve as lead workers in cleaning and maintaining wood, tile, terrazzo, and carpeted surfaces. Work requires employees to be knowledgeable of established floor finishing techniques, procedures, and correct usage of chemical cleaning agents. Work is performed under close supervision and is reviewed for quality and efficiency. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $$31,200.00 - $48,810.00. Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs )/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Knowledge of cleaning procedures. We provide comprehensive residential care to citizens from 37 counties in the western portion of the state.
