Front Desk Attendant

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in downtown Washington D.C. - within a couple blocks of Lafayette Square and conveniently accessible by metro (two stations within 2-3 blocks) 40 hours/week, M-F, Blend of opening, midday and closing shifts between the hours of 5:50a -9p. No weekends! Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire (NOTE: must be 100% in-person or blended course). Compensation: $18/hr - $19/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
