Senior Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular case discussions with social workers and provide supervision on case management.
• Assess how well group work interventions are working across the organisation.
• Oversee and assess the effectiveness of case management, support programmes and activities provided to families.
• Carry out audits in line with the organisation's audit framework.
• Apply standards of care and follow organisational policies, procedures, and programmes.
