Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and technically strong ServiceNow Developer to join our Corporate Systems team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, along with exposure to Now Assist , AI Agents , and AI-enabled automation capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and process automation. You will play an important role in supporting digital transformation goals by enabling scalable, intelligent, and integrated ServiceNow solutions. This position is based in Hyderabad and follows a hybrid work model. What will you do in this role Design, develop, test, document, and enhance ServiceNow applications and configurations in collaboration with global cross-functional teams. Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow modules, flows, applications, Now Assist , and AI Agent requirements. Partner with business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team to understand business objectives and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, including support for data migration activities when needed. Develop and maintain custom reports, performance analytics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights into service performance and operational metrics. Stay current with ServiceNow platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions. Perform thorough testing of configurations and developments to ensure reliability, stability, and accuracy, while supporting test automation initiatives. Maintain high-quality technical and SDLC documentation for all ServiceNow developments, enhancements, and customizations. Contribute to the design and delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions, including conversational workflows and automation use cases that improve business efficiency. What should you have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline. 1+ years of experience as a ServiceNow/AI Developer , preferably with exposure to ITSM, Now Assist , and/or AI Agent capabilities. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
