As a CPQ Business Analyst for Commercial, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering CPQ capabilities that support our global Commercial organisation. Working closely with business and product leaders, you will help drive smarter pricing, quoting and commercial execution at scale, enabling better outcomes for both our teams and the patients we serve. This role is based in Wrocław, Poland and operates in a hybrid working model. What will you be doing? In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Commercial and IT, partnering with Product Owners, business leads and subject matter experts to define, prioritise and deliver CPQ solutions across International and US markets. You will translate business objectives into clear, testable requirements, guide projects through agile delivery, and support end to end testing activities to ensure high quality outcomes. From shaping roadmaps and standardising processes, to supporting UAT and troubleshooting complex issues, you will have a direct impact on how our Commercial teams operate globally. What will you need to be successful? To thrive in this role, you will bring strong CPQ business analysis expertise and a collaborative mindset, along with the ability to operate confidently in a global environment. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within CPQ and pricing environments, with hands on knowledge of CPQ platforms such as PROS, Conga, Infor, Oracle or Salesforce - Strong experience working in agile and SCRUM teams, including writing user stories, managing requirements and supporting testing cycles - The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and drive process standardisation across regions - Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills, with experience working on large scale IT projects You.
