WWW.ARDIAN.COM Tasks & Responsibilities (Private Equity Secondaries & Primaries, Investor Relations) Supporting the investment process: Preparation of investment models and memorandums for Secondaries (pricing and execution), Primary fund investments, and Direct co-investments; Financial modelling and analysis; Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions Assisting in the monitoring of existing private equity investments: Portfolio management and allocation; Market and financial research Assisting in the Investor Relations business: Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials; Market research; Investor reporting materials; KOR to ENG, ENG to KOR translation
