Leading weekly team huddles, focusing on a balance of engagement and information.
Assisting junior colleagues on the team with all aspects of the trade correction processes, acting as a trusted resource with a wide-ranging skill set in the subject matter.
Reviewing accounts and performing reconciliations to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and procedures; reconciling suspense accounts and validating transactions.
Working with Mutual Fund sponsors and third party vendors to request, process, and follow up on trade corrections performed in client accounts.
Communicating effectively with advisors, mutual fund sponsors, and other operational groups to resolve various account discrepancies.
Fielding escalated emails and calls, providing top-level customer service while maintaining a risk-
averse approach that will protect both end clients and the business.
Recognizing issues, problems, or opportunities and determining whether action is needed; fixing breaks.
Collaborating and making recommendations on how to solve business challenges.

Requirements
3+ years of experience working in the financial industry
Series 99 required
