Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Admin Center
Monitor service health, performance, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
Perform tenant-level configuration, updates, and feature deployments
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, and data protection policies
Support compliance initiatives (eDiscovery, retention policies, audit logs, DLP)
Monitor and respond to security alerts and vulnerabilities within the M365 environment
Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory security standards
End User Support & Enablement
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues and escalations
Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge base content to drive adoption
Act as an escalation point for complex collaboration, messaging, and identity-related issues
Engineering, Projects & Optimization
Lead or support migrations to/from Microsoft 365 (email, file shares, tenant consolidation)
Implement governance models for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive usage
Integrate M365 with enterprise systems and third-party applications
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, automation, and platform efficiency
Automation & Documentation
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or native M365 tools
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for usage, health, and compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and support experience
Strong expertise in:
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
OneDrive for Business
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity/access management
Proven experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our global Microsoft 365 environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of core collaboration and productivity platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services across a geographically distributed organization.
