YOU WILL BE: As a Manager of Retail Performance and Store Operations, you are responsible for driving operational performance to maximize sales and profitability in their store. You lead execution of the Operational Excellence strategy focusing on efficiency, productivity and profitability while enhancing the customer experience to improve sales performance. In this role, you report to the Sr. Manager, Retail Performance and Store Operations and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.
