Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead, manage, and scale the flagship SnapPay platform. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing enterprise, middle market customer pain points and needs, driving feature enhancements, and steering the evolution of the core SnapPay vision, roadmap, and execution. We are looking for someone with deep product discipline and understands what it takes to innovate a mature product in a high revenue, high volume environment. As you grow in role, you will champion and evangelize SnapPay across various Fiserv teams to identify synergies and experiment upsell/cross-sell opportunities for users to benefit from incremental services. Backlog & Execution Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Own, maintain, prioritize, and groom the product backlog across multiple Agile Scrum teams. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement grooming sessions. Provide ongoing requirement clarity and direction to engineering and QA teams. Agile Delivery Serve as the functional representative for Engineering teams throughout sprints. Review sprint deliverables for business, user, and functional completeness and quality. Conduct stakeholder demos, sprint reviews, and walkthroughs. Work closely with teams to resolve requirement questions and unblock development. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Product Manager, engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders (legal, compliance, marketing, solutions, sales, etc). Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly and proactively. Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Technical & Domain Understanding Bring strong technical aptitude to understand and enhance APIs, integration points, workflows, and system behavior with Engineering. Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including backlog management, workflows, reports, and sprint tracking. Proficiency with tools, workflows, systems to ingest, manipulate, enrich, and store data for enterprise use cases (e.g. SQL/Python; PowerBI/Tableau/Looker; enterprise data management platforms). Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams. B2B payments or fintech domain experience is an added advantage. Required Skills & Experience 10-15 years of total experience with 5+ years as a Product Owner. Proven success working with multiple Agile Scrum teams. Strong skills in requirement gathering, user story writing, backlog management, and functional detailing. Should have skills related to a data-driven / quantitative skillset with some BI/analytical background (data analytics; predictive analytics; AI/ML driven models).
