How You'll Make an Impact Advise clients in Aviation, Energy, Retail, and cross-industry environments on digital transformation, data-driven organisations, and innovation initiatives Support and lead consulting engagements related to digital strategy, operating model transformation, and analytics-enabled decision-making Help organisations build and scale data-driven capabilities, including data platforms, analytics initiatives, and digital products Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions across business, technology, and engineering teams Contribute to transformation programs by shaping operating models, governance structures, and innovation initiatives Support the development of new business models and digital value propositions enabled by technology and data Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, data, engineering, UX, and delivery Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables What's important to us Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5-10 years of consulting experience in Aviation, Energy, Retail, or related cross-industry transformation environments, ideally gained within a professional consulting firm Strong expertise in data-driven organisations and transformation initiatives, ideally with exposure to innovation management or the business side of engineering projects Experience working with digital products, analytics-enabled decision-making, and data-driven transformation initiatives Proven ability in business model innovation and strategic problem solving, with the capability to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives A strong consulting mindset with experience managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
