Responsibilities
- Technical Support (Core Strength)

- Visit customer sites to support bandsaw and circular saw machines

- Check machine condition: alignment, vibration, guide setting, coolant flow, cutting accuracy

- Troubleshoot cutting issues like blade breakage, poor finish, low blade life

- Guide operators on correct usage, blade handling, and cutting parameters
- Application Improvement

- Recommend correct blade type, TPI, geometry based on material
