This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You'll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high-accountability, performance-first environment. 🎬 What You'll Do 🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts ⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs 🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly 👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback ⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality 🧬 Who You Are 📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred) 🏆 Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling) 👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography) 🪪 Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud 📈 Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts 🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams Bonus Points For 🤖 AI-powered creative tools experience (Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly, etc.) 🎯 Performance marketing or agency background 🔢 Data-informed creative optimization experience ✨ Why TubeScience ⏩ Your ideas go straight to market - no "client delays" 👀 Millions of eyes on your work - your reel grows fast 👥 Fully remote, international creative community This is where creative ambition meets algorithmic fuel. 🚀
