Director of Strategic Finance

About the role

We are building a new Strategic Finance function at ESET and are looking for a hands-on finance leader who wants to actively shape how a global technology company grows. This is not a traditional corporate finance role focused on reporting or budgeting cycles. This role is about owning strategic decisions - where to invest, how to grow, and how to deploy capital in ways that create long-term value. Job description You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership, lead key strategic initiatives, and personally drive M&A and investment execution.
