Requirements
- Graduation or above degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (or equivalent)
- Additional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CMA, etc., are considered advantageous but are not mandatory.
- Experience & Skills:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in financial spreading and credit memo underwriting, strong financial analysis and analytical skills. Familiarity with lending products such as lines of credit and term loans is required.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, work independently, and handle competing priorities under pressure.
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, effectively telling the story behind financials in a compelling way.
- Ability to research issues/problems and provide a 'solution-based' approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication and partnering skills. A confident and personable attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with onshore relationship managers and other stakeholders
- Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities
- Familiarity with Moody's Credit Lens or similar credit spreading tools. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Collaboration with relationship managers and internal stakeholders is required to structure credit facilities that align with clients' wealth management goals while adhering to Northern Trust's risk management.
