Position Overview Provide outstanding service to our customers and other company departments Rent out vehicles and manage returns using custom software Ensure rental agreement is completed effectively Balance vehicle utilization across fleet Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance Schedule is: Thursday 12 pm-6 pm, Friday 7am to 6 pm, and Saturdays 7 am to 4 pm. Rental Associates must be able to: Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Remain flexible and willing to perform additional duties as needed Manage time and details in a sometimes hectic environment Process administrative tasks using a PC and paper filing systems Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels Park cars safely in tight spaces Other skills and abilities Describe the operation of modern Toyota vehicles to customers Comply with company dress code and grooming requirements Comply with required health and safety regulations Adherence to all Company standards, state and federal laws and regulations Why Automotive: Career growth: Endless opportunities for career development within our organization, with development programs and training to get you where you want to be.
