Submission management
Develop and execute bid plans, timelines, and governance structures
Ensure full compliance with client requirements and evaluation criteria including documentary evidence , OEM coordination for documentation.
Deal Strategy & Win Theme Development
Partner with sales leaders, account teams, and solution architects to: Shape deal strategy
Define win themes and differentiators
Align proposals to client priorities and scoring models
Drive clarity on: Value proposition
Business outcomes
Competitive positioning
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination across: Sales
Enterprise Architects
Delivery Assurance
Solution architects
Technical writers
Graphic designers
Finance, legal, and delivery teams
Run bid war rooms, status calls, and governance forums
Ensure timely and high-quality contributions from all stakeholders
Weekly Management reporting and status reports
Proposal Quality & Submission Excellence
Ensure proposals are: Compelling, consistent, and client-focused
Visually impactful and well-structured
Free of errors and aligned with brand standards
Conduct reviews (Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team) to drive quality improvements
Oversee final packaging and submission of proposals
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the bid lifecycle
Ensure adherence to: Commercial guidelines
Legal and contractual requirements
Internal approval processes
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management
Capture lessons learned and improved future bid approaches
Enhance reusable content repositories, templates, and best practices
Drive adoption of tools and frameworks to improve bid efficiency
Academic qualifications and certifications: 8-15 years of experience in: Bid management / proposal management
Pre-sales / large deal support in IT services or consulting
Proven track record of managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
Required experience: Strong understanding of: IT services portfolio (Application, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cybersecurity)
Large deal lifecycle and pursuit management
Expertise in bid governance, planning, and execution frameworks
Ability to manage multiple bids under aggressive timelines
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Commercial acumen and understanding of pricing structures
Tools & Technologies
MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel - advanced level)
Proposal management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence)
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (Copilot, automation tools)
