Job Description
As Manager MS&T Biologics, you will lead a team of scientists and technical experts responsible for the lifecycle management of Galderma's biologics manufacturing processes. In this highly visible leadership role, you will combine scientific expertise, operational leadership, and strategic thinking to support commercial manufacturing and drive the future of biologics manufacturing at Galderma.
You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and global stakeholders to ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. In parallel, you will play a key role in developing technical capabilities and building a high-performing team within the MS&T organization.
