Organizational Context Business Technology (BT - IT & Automation) owns all IT systems and automation across the Oss manufacturing site, from PLC-level production automation to enterprise ERP. Increasingly, our most exciting work is in the middle: the AI and data layer that connects operational reality to business intelligence. We work hand-in-hand with Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and global BT colleagues to introduce solutions that genuinely change how work gets done. This role sits at the center of that effort - you are the person who moves initiatives from idea to impact, while keeping everything aligned with the compliance standards a regulated manufacturing environment demands. Job Purpose Reporting to the BT Lead for LCM, FM and Quality & Labs, you lead the design and delivery of AI and data solutions that help the Oss site work smarter. You own your initiatives end-to-end: from understanding the business challenge and designing the right approach, to building the solution, driving adoption, and measuring the outcomes. You operate with significant autonomy, making judgment calls on solution design, tool selection, and prioritization. At the same time, you stay connected to your team - sharing knowledge, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to a BT culture where AI literacy and innovation are part of everyday life.
