Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Insurance and Security categories within the Allconnect Movers Platform - a national movers platform that reaches 30M+ customers
Own category performance across business operations, customer experience, partner relationships, and P&L management
Define and execute the customer experience strategy and roadmap, delivering impactful products and features that drive measurable business results
Own executive-level partner relationships, driving strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, create long-term value, and strengthen competitive positioning
Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, including new partnerships, customer experiences, and monetization strategies
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
6+ years of leadership experience driving growth in digital businesses, with experience managing external partnerships and optimizing customer acquisition and engagement strategies
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partner management, expanding existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including both individual contributors and people leaders across product, analytics, and business functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategy and execution that drive customer and business outcomes
Experience defining performance metrics and leveraging customer insights to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value
Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and present your recommended strategy and gain buy-in across a diverse functional team, both internal and external.
Benefits
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.
