Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to bank sales teams, including handling policy and system enquiries via phone and email, and coordinating courier arrangements for sales-related correspondence. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and bank partners to ensure smooth operations, effective issue resolution, and uninterrupted service delivery. Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation, including monitoring reports, risk registers, and incident reports, with timely escalation of potential risks. Coordinate and follow up on complaints, production incidents and system issues to minimize business disruption and support sales continuity. Participate in projects and ad hoc initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and ensure regulatory compliance Job Requirements A degree or equivalent qualification in either Business Management or Financial related discipline Minimum of 5-6 years' relevant work experience in similar roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes, operations, and administration Well-organized fast learner with strong excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently Fluent in both written and spoken English Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
