Responsibilities

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global facilities organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on facilities strategy, workplace planning, operational risks, and long-term infrastructure needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 15+ years of progressive facilities and workplace operations leadership experience, preferably within biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing laboratory and office environments across multiple sites and countries.
- Proven leadership experience managing global facilities operations, capital projects, and real estate portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of facilities infrastructure, workplace operations, safety and compliance standards, and vendor management practices.
- Experience managing large operating and capital budgets with strong financial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational growth, change, and evolving business priorities.
- Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

- Pay Range:
- In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $289,900-$338,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
