Pavement Quality Coordinator

About the role

Join our Operations Improvements business unit as a Pavement Quality Coordinator , where you'll play a key role supporting our field teams with real-time insights and reporting. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you'll turn information from site into meaningful insights that improve safety, quality and performance on the ground. You'll work closely with our Pavement Advisors and business units to help lift outcomes across our projects. What you'll be responsible for Providing data and insights on onsite performance, including compaction and conformance trends Supporting Pavement Advisors with job-specific data (e.g. offsets, rolling patterns) Building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Excel Managing and maintaining accurate data sets and reporting systems Responding to data queries and shift report communications Maintaining equipment calibration records and related documentation Partnering with internal teams to understand their needs and deliver clear, timely reporting About you You bring a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, paired with confidence working with data and systems. You have experience using Power BI and Excel to analyse information and build meaningful reports, and you're comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you're a clear and approachable communicator who builds strong relationships across the business, working collaboratively with teams to understand their needs and deliver practical, timely insights that make a real impact.
