Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic performance;
Up to 3 years related work experience in a complex, fast paced and high-volume business (professional services preferred);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), communication software (Zoom), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable;
Experience with employee management systems (Workday preferred) and other HR technologies (LinkedIn Learning, Enboarder preferred);

Position Overview
The Human Capital team comprises about 25 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm. The Global Talent Management team is central to CRA's success by creating an employee-centered work experience. This role will be responsible for supporting the employee life cycle particularly as it relates to employee relations, departures and performance management . This position will be located in New York or Washington, DC (preferred), Boston, or Chicago, and will report through a Human Capital Manager. Typical responsibilities of the Human Capital Coordinator would be:
Handle day-to-day employee administrative transactions (promotions, contract updates, etc.)
Process changes in working hours and departures,
Ensure employee documentation is properly recorded and maintained,
Respond to employee queries, ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and handled with discretion,
Manage inquiries in the Employee Relations inbox, providing timely, thoughtful responses and escalation, if appropriate;
Coordinate departure logistics, partnering with other Corporate teams to deliver a smooth and professional offboarding experience;
Administer Human Capital systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Update records in our HRIS platform (Workday),
Prepare and manage HRIS data required for internal and external audits and compliance,
Oversee service and recognition platform;
Maintain process documentation and 'how-to' guides, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Process invoices across the Talent team, ensuring accurate tracking and timely payment;
Support Annual Review performance management activities
Schedule and attend performance review meetings and take notes,
Update HRIS systems and track review outcomes and follow-ups;
Provide logistical support for local human capital activities (training sessions, recruiting activities, and other Talent-led events);
Support special projects across the Talent team (employee engagement survey, process/system automation initiatives, etc.).
